Q. Hello Vrushabh tell us about your Self?

Answer:- Hello sir i am Vrushabh Padar from Maharashtra. I completed my graduation from Dr. Panjabrao deshmukh Agriculture University, Akola.

Q. Vrushabh Which Exam You Clear & How Much Marks You Get in that Exam?

Answer:- Sir i am selected as an AFO in Bank of India.
I had scored 62.25 marks in prelims exam, 38.50 marks in Mains exam and 17.53 marks in Interview and my overall score for selection is 68.73.
38.50*1.33=51.20
51.20+17.53= 68.73.

Q. Where you listen First about IBPS-SO AFO exam?

Answer:- As i am agriculture graduate, initially i am searching for job which is best according to my education and interest. Then i heard about my senior which was selected as AFO in Bank of Baroda. Then i also think about that and with his guidance i also started to prepare for AFO.

Q. How was Your exam preparation journey & What problems you face in your preparation time and how to you overcome that problems (if face)?

Answer:- The biggest challenge which I faced while my preparation was to cover this much huge course in limited time period where the course was very dynamic and at the same time I’ve to prepare for preliminary exam and my pg courses also.
I managed this by making proper time table and by strictly following it.

Q. How to you prepare for Preliminary, Mains & Interview (What are your strategies for exam)?

Answer:-

I started for IBPS- AFO preparation from 2018. This was my 3 attempt. In last two attempt i cleared pre exam, mains exam and appeared for interview. But cant selected in final selection. But this time i am selected.
For pre exam preparation i join Swami Vivekanand banking tutorial, Amravati. Director of academy i.e Ashish sir guide me every time to overcome problems.
For mains exam i referred ICAR online E-Cources and this one is biggest challenge for me to cover such a huge syllabus for mains exam but with proper management i complete this task and i fill proud to tell about the “Agri Exam” this platform provide me all the important information about mains exam in such a beautiful format which is very easy to understand and most importantly all this material is free of cost.
“Agri Exam” is best platform for those student who do not afford the huge fees of classes. I am very thankful to you sir.
And thankful to Ashish sir for preparing me for interview only because of him i got 17.53 mark out of 20 in interview.

Q. Vrushabh Congratulations on your well-deserved success. Please Give Some Advice to fellow Aspirant?

Answer:- Again i am very thankful to you sir and one message to all new aspirants don’t be upset by failure. Failure is the experience of our mistake we have to learn from the mistake and try again. Patience is most important think to achieve your dream.
